A bright light sparkled so (myspace) ... and now hardly a glimmer of its former self. So IF YOU ARE A MUSICIAN.... you damn well better be writing some great music, and stay on top of all the new opportunities on the web. But my interpretation is certainly colored by two or more years of thinking that's all MySpace was for anyway, once Facebook ate its lunch. And unless they've got music recommendation tricks like Pandora and Last.fm, I'm not sure I see how I'd use MySpace to discover new music. Which leaves it as a place for bands to have a little corner of the internet for free.
